At Stand Sure, we're big (VERY BIG) fans of slack.

It works very well for us, allowing us to integrate our asana project boards to provide our clients with (nearly) real-time updates.

A recent article on The Verge (Slack begins rolling out voice calls on Chrome and desktop) has gotten us excited.  If the feature (which is in beta) works well, it will let us quickly respond to customer questions where a voice call makes more sense than a lot of back-and-forth messaging.

We've enabled the feature (instructions are at Making voice calls in Slack). Once we've gotten a little experience with it, we'll post an update to let you know what we think.

Slack won a Crunchy for fastest rising startup.

We love the product. It integrates well with our source control (Github), our project management systems (Asana and Instagantt) and our website for user-generated notifications and leads.

It is also an awesome way to real-time communicate with our clients. Updates are instant and secure.

Congratulations to the Slack team. You make a great product, and we're delighted the tech world has recognized it.
